We normally ship "media mail" with delivery confirmation in the US

Outside the US, we ship first class for packages under 4 pounds and Priority Mail International above 4 pounds.

We will insure packages, if requested to do so, but we MUST declare for customs the insurance amount. This can increase customs duties you must pay to get the records.
